Wherever possible, we recommend that testing should be carried out over a three month period. This then takes account of  any fluctuations there maybe in indoor radon concentrations. However, we know waiting 3 months sometimes isn’t possible. Where a result is required more quickly, (for example when buying or selling a house) a 10-day screening test can be carried out which will provide a good indication as to whether high radon concentrations are likely to be an issue.

Whichever method of testing you choose, be it the 10 day screening or the 3 month test kit you will have the peace of mind of knowing if your property is affected by radon gas.

All our radon detectors are analysed at an independent, third-party laboratory that is validated by Public Health England. Results reports are emailed within 10 working days of receipt of detectors, but can often be available sooner than this.
